What size BMX Bike & Helmet do I need?

The following size information is to be used as a general guideline only.

Bike Measurement Instructions

Using the example to the left, measure the distance from the center of the head tube, along the top tube, to the center of the seat post tube. The distance between these two points is the length of the top tube (TT). Record your measurement in inches (to the nearest half-inch). Select your bike size from the chart below.

Head Size Measurement Instructions

To determine your head size, measure the circumference around your head, keeping the measuring tape level and firm, across the temples and above the eyebrow ridges. Record your measurement in inches to the nearest 1/4 inch. Select your helmet size from the chart below.
